Tool Care Service

Keep your tools in top condition with our annual Tool Care Service. Each service ensures your tools perform at their best, maintaining precision, hygiene, and longevity.

What's Included
Sharpening of blades
Lubrication of any box joints
Replacement of moving parts, such as springs

Important Information:
Tools with visible damage or that have been dropped may not be repairable. If a tool cannot be serviced, we will contact you and usually offer a credit toward a replacement.

For spring-only replacements, please simply order spare springs directly from our website.

Servicing usually takes 2- 4 working days.

Please ensure tools are packaged securely; we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels (tracked postage is recommended). Some coating may be removed during sharpening.

We cannot adjust blades to personal preference, and unhygienic tools will be returned unserviced.
