Takahashi 98mm to Wide Mount T-Ring Adapter
The Takahashi TKP86003 Adapter fits between the AUX Ring (81S on the System Chart) and a Wide Mount Canon or Nikon T-Ring if you want to do DSLR imaging. If you are going to attach an astronomy imaging camera, this Wide Mount Adapter ends in Female M54x0.75 threads and will leave you with 56mm of back focus.
