Organic Fresh Start Tea is a smooth herbal blend that combines organic herbs to help ease the symptoms of withdrawal, including nausea, anxiety, restlessness, and headaches. This tea is made with a blend of rooibos, peppermint, ginger, chamomile, valerian root, passion flower, and burdock root.

Ingredients

• Organic Rooibos: Rooibos is very high in antioxidants and can help relieve symptoms of anxiety and stress because the polyphenols aspalathin and nothofagin interfere with the production of cortisol. 
• Organic Peppermint: Peppermint is a great herb to help relieve nausea and headaches that can commonly occur during withdrawals. 
• Organic Ginger Root: Ginger root has been shown to be beneficial for relieving indigestion and intense nausea. 
• Organic Chamomile: Chamomile contains sesquiterpene lactone which can help to detoxify the liver. Chamomile can also be beneficial for sleeplessness, anxiety, and gastrointestinal conditions. 
• Organic Valerian Root: Valerian root has been shown to help patients stay asleep when trying to wean off medications and as it can act as a mild sedative. 
• Organic Passion Flower: Passion flower has been shown to be effective in soothing anxiety and insomnia. 
• Organic Burdock Root: Burdock root can help to detoxify the blood, liver, and kidneys along with being high in antioxidants and having anti-inflammatory properties. 

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
